Samsung Pixon Vs LG Arena
The LG KM900 arena is a center of communication while the Samsung PIXON M8800 is a multimedia mobile phone.
Design
Samsung PIXON is larger and thicker than the LG Arena. The arena is 105.9 x 55.3 x 12 mm while the PIXON is 107.9X 54.6X 13.8 mm. The weight of LG Arena is slightly lesser than the Samsung Pixon. The LG KM900 has a TFT touch screen display which is 3 inches wide. Samsung PIXON has a large touch screen with 3.2 inches. The resolution of LG Arena is higher WVGA 480X 800 pixels while Samsung PIXON is (WQVGA, 240x 400 pixels).
Camera
Samsung PIXON is a camera phone. LG Arena is not really a camera phone. 5 megapixel camera in the Sport Arena KM900 Schneider Kreuznach optics, autofocus, image stabilizer, geo-tagging and flash LEDs to improve the image quality. The 8-megapixel camera of the Samsung M8800 PIXON is comparatively larger with more clarity with Smile Shot, macro, pan, effects, and white balance, developing very fast photo instant savings and ability ISO settings.
Multimedia
Samsung PIXON boasted as a multimedia phone. It is always at higher end when compared with Arena. Audio quality is high with stereo speakers which is big one. The audio quality is also very good with 7 equalizer effects. The LG KM900 has Dolby music system which provides high-quality audio.
The phone PIXON records video in DVD quality (720×480 pixels). Video quality is on You Tube and large screens. The arena phone can record video clips at 30 frames per second at a resolution of 720×480 pixels. But the QVGA resolution, a disappointment on You Tube.
Samsung PIXON’s Video Player supports file formats such as DivX, MP4, XviD. LG Arena video player supports video files such as DivX, XviD and MPEG4.
Internet
The LG KM900 has the EDGE technology for high-speed HSDPA and Wi-Fi Internet experience. Samsung PIXON which have the high-speed 3G and HSDPA to connect to the Internet but no Wi-Fi in this mobile.
Samsung PIXON is ideal for persons hung for entertainment while the LG Arena is a great phone for professionals.
